I like that New Game Plus feature of these BioWare games.
Having these items saved through Dragon Age Keep (website) gives me a much smoother start to a new play through. Much of my special items from the previous playthrough are available to me again this time through the use of the Golden Nug DLC that came with my game. It is unlikely that I will add more at this time because what I have addresses most of the cosmetic issues I had with the game. That's because I want to spend more time playing the game than fiddling with mods.Ĭurrently I have 29 DAI mods installed. I had such good experience with Frosty for both DAI and Mass Effect: Andromeda before that I decided to stick with it this time around. However, I am playing Dragon Age: Inquisition using Frosty Mod Manager. Nexus intends to make Vortex as close to a universal mod manager as possible that is compatible with a wide range of games. The Vortex knowledge base can give you instructions to get started setting it up and installing mods. I have no plans to add more mods at this time. It is working very well with 70 mods installed. I am playing Dragon Age: Origins/Awakening again using Vortex mod manager from Nexus mods. Manually installing mods can go wrong easily and for a new person it can be very hard to troubleshoot solutions to problems that can occur. First thing you need is a mod manager to install and uninstall mods correctly.
